Your one-page website is $299 total. The deposit is $149.50 to start, and the $149.50 balance is due when your site is complete.

This Privacy Policy explains what information PFloydJr.com ("we," "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. This website is operated by Patrice Lumumba Floyd Jr., Palmdale, California. Questions about this policy: design@pfloydjr.com.

We use the information only to: respond to inquiries; evaluate, build, deliver, and support websites and maintenance services; process payments and subscriptions; prepare and complete agreements; keep business records; and protect the security of this website and our accounts. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from client project materials.

3. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run this business — currently DreamHost (website hosting and form submissions), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), DocuSeal (electronic signatures), and Google (email) — and only for the purpose of providing their service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. COOKIES

This website is a static website and does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Services reached through links on this site, such as Stripe checkout and DocuSeal signing pages, may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Intake submissions, agreements, and project files are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterward for business, tax, and legal records. You may ask us to delete your information (see Section 7); we will delete what we are not required to keep.

6. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including storing uploaded files in a non-public directory. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND CALIFORNIA RIGHTS

You may email design@pfloydjr.com at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond to reasonable requests promptly and without charge. California residents may also ask whether their information has been shared for marketing purposes; it has not, and we do not share personal information for third-party marketing.

8. CHILDREN

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be sent by email.

These Terms of Use govern your use of pfloydjr.com (the "Site"), operated by Patrice Lumumba Floyd Jr. ("we," "us"). By using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. WHAT THIS SITE IS

The Site presents website design services, including a one-page website offer and a Website Maintenance Plan, and provides the intake and onboarding steps for clients. Examples of past work shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are displayed as portfolio samples.

2. OFFERS, AGREEMENTS, AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

Descriptions and prices on this Site — including the $299 one-page website offer — are summaries. Each website project is governed by the Website Services Agreement signed by the client and us; each maintenance subscription is governed by the Maintenance Plan Terms. If anything on this Site conflicts with a signed agreement or the Maintenance Plan Terms, the agreement or those terms control.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe through payment links. We do not store your full payment card information. Prices are in U.S. dollars. An offer deadline shown on the Site applies to new projects started by that date.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

A website is a tool. We do not guarantee sales, customers, search engine rankings, traffic, or any other business outcome from any website or service.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN USING THIS SITE

You agree to: provide accurate information in the intake form and agreements; upload only files you own or have permission to use; not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious; and not attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or disrupt its operation.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site's design, text, and graphics (other than client portfolio samples and client-provided materials) belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Payments run through Stripe, signatures through DocuSeal, and hosting through DreamHost. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' performance or outages.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our total liability arising from this Site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be brought in Los Angeles County, California.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms; the version posted on this page with its "Last updated" date is the version in effect.

Maintenance Plan Terms

MAINTENANCE PLAN TERMS

Website Maintenance Plan — Patrice Floyd Jr.

These terms apply to the Website Maintenance Plan (the "Plan") offered by Patrice Lumumba Floyd Jr. ("Provider"), email design@pfloydjr.com. By subscribing to the Plan through the payment link on pfloydjr.com, the subscriber ("Client") accepts these terms. The Plan covers ONE website built by Provider.

1. What the Plan Includes

2. Light Changes

A light change is a quick update to a page that already exists — text edits, photo or image swaps, adding event photos, updating hours, prices, or contact information, and similar small tasks Provider can complete in about 30 minutes or less each. Requests are handled in the order received. Provider's target is to complete light changes within a few business days; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.

3. What the Plan Does Not Include

Work outside the Plan is quoted and agreed in writing before it begins.

4. Price and Billing

The Plan is $50.00 per month, or $500.00 per year (12 consecutive months), charged automatically through Stripe to the payment method Client keeps on file. Provider may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies starting with the first billing date after that notice period. If a payment fails, Provider may pause Plan services until billing is current.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Client may cancel at any time by emailing design@pfloydjr.com (or through Stripe's billing portal, where provided). Cancellation stops future billing, and the Plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Client Responsibilities

7. No Guarantee; Liability

Maintenance reduces risk, but no provider can guarantee a website will never break, be hacked, or go offline; hosting providers, plugins, and other third-party services are outside Provider's control. Provider's total liability under the Plan is limited to the amounts Client paid under the Plan during the 12 months before the claim.

8. General

These terms are the entire agreement for the Plan and are separate from any Website Services Agreement for building the website. Provider may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing the subscription after the notice period means Client accepts the updated terms. California law governs these terms.
